SHIPPING POLICY

When will I receive my order?

All orders will ship within five business days upon receipt of order.

Ground Shipping: Your package will arrive in 5-7 business days from when your order is processed.

Expedited Shipping: Your package will arrive within 2 business days from when your order is processed.

Please keep in mind that your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. Please contact us for any special shipping requests.  

Does Milana ship internationally?

Unfortunately, Milana is not yet shipping internationally. For further inquiries on orders outside of the United States, please email us at shopmilana@gmail.com.

Where can I find my tracking information?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped with tracking information. If you have any questions about tracking please email shopmilana@gmail.com. Please keep in mind it is possible that you will receive multiple packages for your one order. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves on hassle free returns and exchanges. Email us at shopmilana@gmail.com if you would like to make return or exchange. Photo record of candle defects will be requested upon return or exchange request. All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of order delivery. Candles that have been lit will not be accepted for return, but may be exchanged. Candles that have been burned more than 50% will not be accepted for exchange.
