SHIPPING POLICY

When will I receive my order?

All orders will ship within five business days upon receipt of order.

Your package will arrive within 2 business days from when your order is processed. Please allow for longer shipping times during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Does Milana ship internationally?

Unfortunately, Milana is not yet shipping internationally. For further inquiries on orders outside of the United States, please email us at shopmilanacandles@gmail.com.

Where can I find my tracking information?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped with tracking information. If you have any questions about tracking please email shopmilanacandles@gmail.com. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves on hassle free returns and exchanges. Email us at shopmilana@gmail.com if you would like to make return or exchange. Photo record of candle defects will be requested upon return or exchange request. All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of order delivery. Candles that have been lit will not be accepted for return, but may be exchanged. Candles that have been burned more than 25% will not be accepted for exchange.
